The LT wave had a rather poor month in August.
Expected weakness early in the month came in as expected. But the subsequent stronger period did not show up. Instead the decline continued. The final week came out strong, in line with the projection. Here is the LT wave for September:
The current strong period continues until around the 7th. Then a brief period of weakness until the 12th, followed by a strong period until the 19th. The final 10 days of the month are expected to be weak.
Normal caveats apply: the LT wave is experimental and purely based on natural cycles, so doesn’t use any market or price inputs. Don’t bet the farm on it.
